Why Coloring helps your mental wellness

 Coloring helps you focus on one harmless, simple activity. It clears your mind whether your worried about tomorrow's test, feeding your dog or being late to the bus stop. It gives your brain(that works 24/7/365)that time it needs to clear your thoughts. Your brain is kind of like a sifter. What happens when that sifter becomes full? It needs to take a break and if you want the best sifted thoughts you have to give your sifter time to breath. Coloring also gives your brain that time it needs to relax, it makes your brain calm, your heart rate normal and your pulse a slow  and steady beat that you need to be healthy. But, even though coloring is great for your mind it might start hurting your hand if you do it for too long!
